All the sheetrock is installed now, and we are working on the finishing of it. We should be ready to sand and begin texturing on Monday. Hopefully, that means we’ll be able to paint by next weekend and then get the carpet installed the first part of the next week. Keep praying that we can get everything done for Resurrection Sunday on April 8th. That’s my goal!!!
I cannot tell everyone how excited I am that our new…and REAL…steeple is finally up and installed. It looks amazing as you can see in the pictures below. I cannot wait to get it lit so it will glow like a beacon in the night sky.
The steeple and cross were delivered at 7am today. The cross is now installed and looks amazing. It’s starting to look like a church. We are waiting on a truck to lift the 400lb. steeple into place, and it will be installed by this afternoon. I’ll post pictures once it’s up.
Well, the sheetrock is installed on the first floor and most of the stairwell now. We are awaiting the arrival of the steeple and cross on Friday morning. So our only delay right now is that we have to install the steeple before we can sheetrock the second floor. It’s coming along well and looking even better. I’m so excited about what God has allowed us to do and am looking forward to how we can use this for His honor and glory.
