Though I had a hard time getting on the plane and leaving Nigeria, I do have to say that it is good to be home. It has been good to be home with my family and my church. I really enjoyed being back in the pulpit for the last couple of services and look forward to being in it again Wednesday night.
We had wonderful services on Sunday, and I gave a presentation of the trip on Sunday night. I will also be putting together a DVD presentation of my trip for anyone who is interested. If you will let me know, I will get it to you when I complete it. Though I was very excited to see what God is doing in Nigeria, I have a renewed excitement of what God is going to do here in Alabama at Grandview Pines Baptist Church. I love the people God has given me to pastor!
I am trying to catch up from being out of town, so I will post more photos as soon as I get some time to focus on this. Thanks to all those who were praying for us throughout the trip. Your prayers were felt.
